Amanida Catalana / Ensalada Catalana / Catalan Salad

Ingredients:-Lettuce
-Tomatoes
-Olives
-Red pepper.
-Curly endive
-Onion
-cured meat typical from Catalonia (fueat, llonganissa, bull blanc, bull negre, ham)
-Oil ( the cured meat).

1-First, wash the lettuce and the tomatoes.
2- Then cut little pieres the lettuce and the tomatoes.
3-After that,decorate the dish. Win all the ingredients.
4-Finally, add salt, oil and vinegar to the lettuces, tomatoes, pepper and onion.

It was a dark and stormy night when suddenly I listened to one strange noise.
I gad the candel and want to the stairs.
When I arrived i front of the door, I listened a noise again, and the cold step of my body.
I opened the door when suddenly the door closed at one dtroke, and the window opened suddenly, I was scared and I couldn't move.
Again noise, I did run to the door, but the door wasn'r opened.
But suddenly I saw my parents and it was just a dream..
